IMS 2011 is pleased to offer the following services for the press and analyst community who cover the conference:

Press Room and Lounge – Room 330 of the Baltimore Convention Center

The IMS Press Room is reserved for journalists and analysts covering the conference. Press and analysts who have pre-registered pick up their badges at the press room during hours of operation. Although advance registration is recommended, press and analysts wishing to register on-site may do so during press room hours (please reference IMS press registration guidelines).

Hours of operation for the Press Room are as follows:
Sunday, June 5 – 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Monday, June 6 – 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Tuesday, June 7 – 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Wednesday, June 8 – 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Thursday, June 9 – 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

The following resources are provided in the press room:

• Computers, printer
• Exhibitor press kits
• Wi-fi access
• Media interview rooms
• Refreshments: Continental breakfast will be served and snacks and beverages will be available throughout the day.

Media Interview Rooms
As a service to IMS press attendees and exhibitors IMS provides four media interview rooms adjacent to the press room located in Room 330. These are reserved on a first-come first-served basis in 30 minute increments. To reserve a meeting room for a press interview with an exhibitor representative, please contact:
