Technical Papers:

• IMS Technical Paper summaries must be uploaded electronically to the Paper Submission Website in PDF format no later than December 3, 2010. Please consult the detailed submission instructions to ensure your paper meets all of the requirements. The new double-blind review process will be enforced, so please don't submit your paper without making sure it conforms to these new requirements.
• Final manuscripts of accepted papers are due March 11, 2011.
