Call for Papers and Proposals
Invitation to Submit Papers: Authors are invited to submit technical papers describing original work in a wide range of topics in radio-frequency, microwave, and millimeter-wave theory and techniques.
  • Deadline: The deadline for submission is December 3, 2010. Late papers will not be reviewed.
  • Emerging Technical Areas: In addition to the traditional technical focus areas of IMS, the Program Committee enthusiastically invites submission of papers that report state-of-the-art progress in technical areas that are outside the scope of the listed areas or that may be new to the Symposium but are of interest to our attendees.
  • Length: Papers are limited to four pages (in PDF format, with a file size limit of 1 Mbyte) which must be uploaded to the paper submission website. Hardcopy and e-mail submissions will not be accepted. Use of templates is strongly encouraged.
  • Student Paper Competition: Students are encouraged to submit papers which will be evaluated using the same standards as all contributed papers, and will be eligible for the Student Paper Competition. Please consult the Student Paper Competition Rules pages for full details.
  • Double-blind Reviewing: Summary papers must comply with the new double-blind review process.
  • Evaluation: Papers will be evaluated on the basis of Originality, Content, Clarity, and Relevance. Authors will be notified of the disposition by January 31, 2011.
Invitation to Submit MicroApps Seminars: Each registered IMS2011 Exhibitor is invited to submit MicroApps seminar proposals. All submissions and presentations must be in English, and may cover new products, noteworthy state-of-the-art components, new technologies, manufacturing and design techniques incorporating the Exhibitor's products and technologies. These submissions will be reviewed by the IMS2011 MicroApps committee based on the abstract. Presentations are open to all IMS registrants and should appeal to the Exhibition attendees. The selection criteria include relevance and interest to MTT-S members and the local microwave community, as well as being a registered Exhibitor at IMS2011.
