Online Registration

Attendee Registration: As in recent years, the Registration process is now split into three tiers in order to better serve membership needs:

• The 1st tier is the Early Bird Registration period. It begins Tuesday, February 1 and will last through Friday, May 20. This period provides an opportunity to register for the Symposium at the lowest possible cost.
• Immediately following the Early Bird period is the 2nd tier or Advance Registration period. It extends from Saturday May 21 through Friday, June 3, just prior to the start of Microwave Week.
• The 3rd and final tier is the On-site Registration period that will remain the same as in past Symposia, starting on Saturday Jun. 4, the first day of Microwave Week, and ending on Friday, Jun. 10.

Once your registration is completed, an email confirmation receipt will be sent to the email address provided.

If you have already completed your registration and would like to add to your existing registration, look up your registration. You will need to provide your email, and confirmation number (found on your confirmation receipt).

Microwave Week SUPERPASS: For one discounted price, registrants can attend all of the MTT, RFIC, and ARFTG technical sessions, a day of Workshops (one full-day or two half-day on the same day). They also receive the Electronic Proceedings for IMS, RFIC, ARFTG, and admission to the EXHIBITS. The All-Workshop Electronic Proceedings and admission to Wednesday's MTT-S Awards Banquet and Thursday's Crab Feast are included in this bundle. In addition, the SUPERPASS will allow you to attend the IMS Welcome Reception on Monday.

Methods of Registration: Individuals can register online, by FAX, or by mail. All registrations must be accompanied with a payment; we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and checks drawn from a U.S. bank. Registration forms received without a form of payment will be discarded. We do NOT accept phone registrations.

Guest Registration: For a minimal fee a guest badge may be obtained which allows access to the Hospitality Suite, Plenary Session, and Exhibition Hall, but does not allow access to Technical Sessions and Workshops. Guests may purchase tickets to Wednesday's MTT-S Awards Banquet and/or Thursday's Crab Feast separately.

Membership: Check boxes of all organizations of which you are a member. To receive IEEE member rates, enter your member number and present your IEEE card upon check in at the conference. Registrants who do not have a current IEEE membership card at check in will be charged non-member rates. If you are not a member and would like to learn about the advantages of being a member and receiving the conference member rate, please visit www.ieee.org/services/join or call 1-800-678-IEEE. Please note that you must be a member at the time of registration to receive the member rate.

Symposia: Microwave Week includes the IMS Technical program, and Exhibition, as well as the RFIC Symposium, and ARFTG Conference. Select the conference(s) you wish to attend. Students, Retiree's, and IEEE Life Members receive a discount on some registration fees. To qualify as a student, a registrant must be either an IEEE Student Member or a full time student carrying a course load of at least nine credit hours.

Exhibit Only Registration: Exhibit only registration is available.

Extra CD-ROMs and Digests: Additional Electronic Proceedings (IMS, RFIC, and ARFTG) and Printed Digests (RFIC only) are available for purchase and pickup at the conference.

Awards Banquet: The MTT Awards Banquet will be held on Wednesday, June 8^th. The evening will include fine dining, an awards presentation, and excellent entertainment. Major Society Awards will be presented.

Crab Feast: The Crab Feast is a tradition when IMS is in Baltimore. The Crab Feast will be held on Thursday, June 9^th. This is an informal event in the Chesapeake Bay tradition.

Boxed Lunches: Optional boxed lunches are available for purchase, through the end of Advance Registration, by all attendees but are especially convenient for those attending the Panel Sessions or exhibition hall during lunchtime. Refunds for lunches, however, will not be available since these are ordered in advance.

Workshops: The workshop fee includes an Electronic Proceedings for that workshop. Please note that printed workshop notes are only available at an additional charge and are only available if purchased during early-bird registration. Full-day workshops include a continental breakfast, a morning refreshment break, a boxed lunch, and an afternoon refreshment break. The All-Workshop Electonic Proceedings includes material for all RFIC and IMS workshops. In order to be able to purchase the All-Workshop Electronic Proceedings you must first be registered for three full-day workshops, or equivalent (i.e. two full-day workshops and two half-day workshops).

Exhibit Booth Staff Registration: All badge submissions must be done online.

• A booth staff badge allows access to your company's booth on the exhibit floor including before, during and after exhibit hours.
• Each person working your booth must register for a badge; badges are required inside the convention center at all times.

Payment: Individual payment must accompany the registration form and is payable in U.S. dollars only, using a personal check drawn on US bank or credit card (VISA, MasterCard, or American Express only). Personal checks must be encoded at the bottom with the bank, bank account number, and check number. Bank drafts, wire transfers, cash, and purchase orders are UNACCEPTABLE and will be returned.
